Beginning in March we will begin a Member of the Month award at the Ground Trades Xchange. The concept is simple - nominate and vote for those members who have provided the most help to you or the membership in general over the last month.
Those who are nominated will be voted on, the final votes tallied and the winner announced at the end of the month.
Each month's winner will get an avatar inserted into their profile showing they are the reigning Member of the Month. :D
Each Member of the Month will be put on the ballot for voting for the Member of the Year, which is held in the beginning of January. The winner of the Member of the Year award will recieve more than an avatar - the award will include a plaque, and possibly a desktop PC (or something or similar value). :woot:
The rules for voting will be included when I open the board for nominations in a couple weeks.
