Help!!

I left my last brochure with a client for prefab arbors. Now I can't recall the company - I've searched on Google but have had no luck. It's not Arboria.

If it's any help, they sell one arbor called the Annapolis.

It might not be the arbor you were looking for but its certainly a nice design.

It is a very nice one.

But I've bumbled my way into a weird spot - client had a brochure/catalog to look through, I didn't realize it was my last one for whatever company it was. They leave a message - "We want to go with the Annapolis Arbor", and I know pretty much what it looks like, but can't recall the name of the company that offered it. So now I'm wondering - do I take my medicine and ask for the brochure back and drive out to get it, or do I try to find that company/catalog elsewhere? So I'm trying the latter to keep egg off my face.

Just tell them you didn't realize it was the last one from that company & you need the info, not a big deal. Tell them they can keep the brochure after you have the info & have the company send you a bunch more. I've done the same thing & I and the client didn't think it was a big deal, so I don't think I had to clean my face ;) Just explain that nobody locally carries such high quality stuff so you use other companies that you aren't completely familiar with, but you like the look of those products.

I found a catalog for another company. Might help. They have cedar and pvc arbors. www.waysidefence.com
