I have read several of the posts regarding this situation but looking for clarification on a couple issues. I have read the ICPI-19 spec on pavers over concrete stoops and also read a few methods from members here. My question are as follows:
In Zone 4 (freeze thaw zone) so will be using SRW Adhesive vs. mortar to secure pavers onto stoops. My question here is do all pavers get glued or just bond the outer edge bricks.
When using bullnose how far is the overhang relative to the verticals flush, .25'' .375''?
When facing or covering the side of the stoop does one typically use a free standing SRW block(s) like these. (see below link)

If so is the top of the SRW block usually flush with landing coming out of the house and then steps down accordingly or is this purely subjective. Is their a golden rule for stepping it down?
Thanks in advance.
