Hi all :)

Thanks again for all the help...I do alot more reading than posting. So I don't always have an opportunity to say thank you.

I work at a fire dept at a station that has about 7 acres of land. The land is fairly flat...but a bit rough (due to the grass being kind of "spotty" or clumps.

We've had a company come out and slit seed to try and help things along a bit, but the terrain still takes it toll on regular residential lawn equipment (such as regular Craftsman or John Deere tractors).

We need something that will not only hold up to a bit of a beating...but also get this job done in a timely manner. Our dept usually runs around 20,000 call a year (and climbing). So if we could get this done in a timely manner...all the better.

What would you guys recommend?

Some limitations we have are storage. I don't really foresee being able to store a large tractor...but who knows. Money could up to $7,000.

thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Get a used zero turn mower, 60 inch deck. You can look at the for sale ads, ask a landscaper ( now is a good time cause they'll want to clear the shop for a new one for tax purposes ) Some dealers have a post board that customers advertise from, while others do consignment sales.
Brand- try it.
