From what I've researched I believe I have Snow Mold. I had this last winter also and come spring all of these areas were dead and I had to re-plant grass. Well it's back this winter and I've talked with a few landscape supply companies about this issue. It is to late to treat the lawn so I'm trying an alternative. One company has suggested dormant seeding by aerating and overseeding these areas now, the first week of March. I was going to use a slit seeder to accomplish this. Any thoughts or suggestions on this matter would be appreciated.
