what are some of the good Trade Shows to attend to see new pond products and ideas I'm in Northeast Ohio

The mid-america horticulture expo is going on in Chicago this weekend. Was there today!

roelex - how was it? I stopped going shortly after they moved to McCormick Place - the venue was so big, the vendor booth numbers were shrinking, the products were pretty much same-old, same-old, and the educational opportunities didn't light me up.

Did you attend any classes?

Was the girl with the enormous breasts and necklace with flashing lights dangling in her cleavage there, selling diamond blades? She was pretty popular last time I was there. :cool:

Do you realize you're insinuating that diamond blade salespeople use unscrupulous tactics?

Maybe she was just the other half of the "good-cop-bad-cop" sales approach I encountered last year... I had a diamond blades salesman actuallly use the "F" bomb with me last year when I told him I was not interested in his products.

Would the "good-cop" approach have worked any better?... I don't think so. :blush:

It was alright, nothing spectacular. We only went up for Friday, which kinda sucked because they had a landscape design workshop that I wanted to attend, but it was on Wednesday. The job fair was good, got my resume out for internships for the summer.
